For ETHIAD RAILWAYS we have designed platforms for the operation and maintenance of trains. In accordance with ISO standards and the EC Machinery Directive, three platforms have been designed that will be used for the maintenance of high-speed trains of ETHIAD. Using customer guidelines and preliminary technical data, all platforms were designed, customising mechanisms and connections and testing stresses and displacements under static and dynamic loads with FEM analysis. Finally, all technical assembly drawings and technical maintenance manuals were prepared to support the subcontractor's manufacturing.
